All donations made through our website are processed via Razorpay, and once a donation is made, it is considered final. We understand that mistakes can happen, and while we do not generally offer refunds, we do take each request seriously.
As donations are voluntary and given without expectation of goods or services in return, TATVAMERAKI FOUNDATION typically does not offer refunds. However, if there was an issue with the payment process or an error in the donation amount, please contact us at tatvamerakifoundation@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and determine if a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our approval.
Once a donation has been successfully processed through the Razorpay gateway, it cannot be canceled. We encourage you to double-check your donation amount and details before completing the transaction.
If you encounter any issues with the payment or if you mistakenly donate an incorrect amount, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in resolving the issue, where possible.
In the event that you wish to change the details of your donation (e.g., the donation amount), you will need to cancel the existing transaction and initiate a new donation. Please note that TATVAMERAKI FOUNDATION does not facilitate changes to existing donations directly.
